The Week In Yoga

Hey Friends!

It's been an awesome week! It all started Saturday afternoon at the Banjo Jim's open mic, which is a super chill mic, lots of good talent and good pizza next door. Sunday was football and hanging out in my apartment, until I hit the Fortune Cookie Lounge Open mic, about which the less said the better, I think. But this started my stretch of playing my new song "Hey Ryan" pretty much every day this week and making sure it gets stuck in the head of everyone who hears it. Hell, I've been hearing the chorus every day since Toronto, why should I have to suffer alone?

Monday night I was performing with KILL THE BAND at the 5th anniversary party for The Happiest Medium. Congrats to Karen and Stephen and everyone at Happiest Medium!!

Tuesday was Penny's! Wednesday was Grudge Match! Thursday was the Jen Perney feature at Lucky Jack's! I've managed to be on stage every day this week. I also put up a trio of new videos from my God Tastes Like Chicken set in October.

Unchained Melody

I'm back from Toronto! I want to thank all the wonderful Canadians who housed, fed, and entertained us: Jillian, Paul, Katie, Sandra D., Sandra B., Sharon, the Sixth Gallery, Kat Harlton and Buddy Black... and really everyone, everywhere we went. People couldn't have been nicer and more generous. We are psyched to see them in February 2011 for the Frigid Festival and then apparently we are going BACK to Canada in April for more shows, so keep an eye out!
